What this is
ValdeVult provides audio-guided practice content for nervous system regulation. The Body Online kit is a free set of audio practices and a field manual. This is not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

The practices and content offered by ValdeVult are experiential and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. When you sign up for the free kit, you agree to provide a valid email address. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your email (see Privacy Policy).
Purchases
Paid products (if any) are clearly marked. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] with any issues.
Intellectual property
All content — audio recordings, text, field manual, and materials — is the intellectual property of ValdeVult. You may use it for your personal practice. You may not redistribute, resell, or repurpose it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
ValdeVult and its agents are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the content. Use at your own discretion.
