What we collect
When you sign up for the free Body Online kit, we collect the email address you provide. That's it. No name, no phone number, no location data. We do not collect browsing data, analytics pings, or cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
How we use it
We use your email to send you the Body Online audio practices and field manual. If you opt in later, we may send you additional practice-related content. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop immediately.
What we don't do
We do not sell your email. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for retargeting ads. We do not send spam. We do not build behavioral profiles.
Data storage
Your email is stored securely in our email marketing provider (MailerLite). We retain it until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If you want your data removed, email us at [email protected] and we'll delete it within 14 days.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our email delivery is handled by MailerLite. We also use Gumroad for product commerce. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
